The TIALN COSTING is a new multi-layer wear protection PVD coating. Recomended for high tensile strength materials adove 800N/mm and stainless steel. Responds very favourably to high speed and feed rates as well as extreme working conditions like dry cutting. 

The coating acts as a thermal barrier and a chemical barrier, reducing the thermal diffusion and chemical reaction between the saw, the blade and the workpiece, it has the characteristics of high surface hardness, good wear resistance, stable chemical property, heat resistance and oxidation resistance, small friction coefficient and low thermal conductivity, coated saw blades are obtained by coating a thin layer of refractory metal with good wear resistance on the surface of high speed steel (HSS) substrate with good strength and toughness by means of vapor deposition, it is used in more than 50 percent of saw blades. Full-high-speed steel saw blade, white steel color, is untreated saw blade, cutting general, non-ferrous metals, such as brass, aluminum, etc. .
